Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n, de la Facultad de Turismo y Urbanismo (FTU), se dio inicio al Taller Pr\u00e1ctico \u00a1Hagamos Huerta! sumate y aprend\u00e9 haciendo, a cargo de la Ing. Agr. Julieta Fernanda Ramacciotti, docente de la facultad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Taller consiste en comunicarse con la naturaleza, generar un v\u00ednculo familiar, e implica responsabilidad, ya que los frutos se logran con esfuerzo y perseverancia. El objetivo de este ciclo de talleres consiste en producir verduras todo el a\u00f1o, lograr calidad alimentaria y mejorar la econom\u00eda familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este proyecto se realizar\u00e1 en la FTU un s\u00e1bado por mes durante el a\u00f1o 2024, en agosto se llev\u00f3 a cabo el d\u00eda 10, en septiembre ser\u00e1 el 14, en octubre el 19, y en noviembre el 9. Durante 2025 ser\u00e1 en los meses de marzo, abril, mayo y junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el primer taller se realiz\u00f3 una recorrida por la historia de las huertas, rescatando la importancia de la planificaci\u00f3n, asociaci\u00f3n y rotaci\u00f3n de la misma. Se abordaron temas claves como la preparaci\u00f3n del suelo y\/o sustrato. En el marco de ense\u00f1ar haciendo la segunda parte del taller fue pr\u00e1ctica, donde los participantes junto con docentes construyeron una huerta en cajones educativos para implementar las distintas t\u00e9cnicas. La diversidad de participantes permiti\u00f3 una rica interacci\u00f3n y aprendizaje compartido.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
