Modalidad presencial.<\/strong><br><br>La microscop\u00eda es una herramienta esencial para el estudio de estructuras y procesos biol\u00f3gicos a nivel celular y subcelular, proporcionando una comprensi\u00f3n detallada de la morfolog\u00eda, fisiolog\u00eda y adaptaciones de las plantas. En la actualidad, los avances en tecnolog\u00eda de microscop\u00eda, como la microscop\u00eda confocal, electr\u00f3nica y de fluorescencia avanzada, permiten explorar interacciones biol\u00f3gicas complejas con una resoluci\u00f3n sin precedentes. Esta capacitaci\u00f3n, busca formar especialistas capaces de aplicar estas t\u00e9cnicas innovadoras en la bot\u00e1nica, integrando conocimientos te\u00f3ricos y pr\u00e1cticos para el an\u00e1lisis de tejidos, identificaci\u00f3n de especies y estudio de fen\u00f3menos como el transporte celular y la respuesta al estr\u00e9s ambiental. Con ello, se promueve el desarrollo de investigaciones cient\u00edficas de alto impacto y la aplicaci\u00f3n de estos m\u00e9todos en campos como la conservaci\u00f3n, la agricultura sostenible y la biotecnolog\u00eda vegetal. La presente actividad permitir\u00e1 capacitar a las\/os participantes en estas metodolog\u00edas y en la utilizaci\u00f3n de diversos equipos de microscop\u00eda vegetal de vanguardia lo que impactar\u00e1 en el desarrollo de nuevas l\u00edneas de trabajo, tanto en el \u00e1mbito de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica como en las propuestas de servicios a la comunidad.<br><br><strong>Objetivos generales:<\/strong>&nbsp;adquirir conocimientos b\u00e1sicos y herramientas metodol\u00f3gicas t\u00e9cnicas de microscop\u00eda aplicada a la bot\u00e1nica y dentro de los contenidos m\u00ednimos se ver\u00e1 microscop\u00eda. Tipos de microscopios aplicados en bot\u00e1nica. Principios b\u00e1sicos de la microscop\u00eda. T\u00e9cnicas de tinci\u00f3n. Identificaci\u00f3n de estructuras celulares caracter\u00edsticas de plantas. Metodolog\u00eda cient\u00edfica aplicada a la microscop\u00eda bot\u00e1nica.<br><br><strong>Destinatarios:&nbsp;<\/strong>Dirigido a profesionales con t\u00edtulo de grado (de al menos 4 -cuatro- a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n) de carreras afines a la biolog\u00eda, agronom\u00eda, medio ambiente, recursos naturales, biodiversidad, qu\u00edmica, ciencias forestales.<br><br><strong>Responsables del dictado:<\/strong>&nbsp;Leandro Ortega y Sonia Oca\u00f1o<br>&#8211; Leandro Ortega es Dr. en Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas.
