El Taller Hagamos Huerta, cuya responsable es la docente Julieta Ramacciotti, se realiza en la Facultad de Turismo y Urbanismo (FTU) de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) en la Villa de Merlo, un s\u00e1bado por mes durante el a\u00f1o 2024, en las siguientes fechas,10 de agosto, 14 de septiembre, 19 de octubre, y 16 de noviembre, en el 2025 ser\u00e0 en los meses de marzo, abril, mayo y junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pasado s\u00e1bado 14 de septiembre finaliz\u00f3 el segundo taller donde se abord\u00f3 la siembra en todas sus partes, desde la semilla propiamente dicha hasta su siembra y posterior trasplante. En el marco de ense\u00f1ar haciendo la segunda parte del taller fue pr\u00e1ctica, donde los asistentes junto con docentes realizaron la siembra en alm\u00e1cigos y siembra directa en la huerta. La diversidad de participantes permiti\u00f3 una rica interacci\u00f3n y aprendizaje compartido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta actividad consiste en comunicarnos con la naturaleza, generar un v\u00ednculo familiar, e implica responsabilidad, ya que los frutos se logran con esfuerzo y perseverancia. El objetivo de este ciclo de talleres consiste en producir hortalizas todo el a\u00f1o, lograr calidad alimentaria y mejorar la econom\u00eda familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El pr\u00f3ximo taller se dictar\u00e1 el 19 de octubre donde se ver\u00e1 \u201cla salud de la huerta\u201d all\u00ed se tratar\u00e1n el control integrado y ecol\u00f3gico de la huerta. Y el 16 de noviembre se abordaran estructuras, mantenimiento de la huerta y biopreparados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
