Agustina Generoso, la presidente de AEHGA San Luis, Gabriela Garc\u00eda y la Secretaria de Extensi\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n, Lic. M\u00f3nica Torrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estuvieron presentes&nbsp;el Secretario Acad\u00e9mico, Mgtr. Pablo Montero; la Secretaria Administrativa y de Infraestructura, CPN Eleonora Casaretto y miembros de la AEHGA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trat\u00f3 de una capacitaci\u00f3n organizada en&nbsp;cinco m\u00f3dulos te\u00f3rico- pr\u00e1cticos, agrupando los siguientes contenidos:&nbsp;<em>El grano de caf\u00e9, El servicio, Equipamiento, Texturizaci\u00f3n, El espresso.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mauro Vel\u00e1zquez Hartfiel, en entrevista brindada a la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n, coment\u00f3 acerca de lo que implica el cursado del nivel inicial&nbsp;<em>\u201cnos basamos, en estudiar la materia prima, estudiamos el origen de la planta de caf\u00e9 -desde el punto de vista biol\u00f3gico-; luego abordamos la teor\u00eda de extracci\u00f3n, es decir c\u00f3mo podemos obtener una buena receta para un buen caf\u00e9, luego pasamos a conocer las t\u00e9cnicas para la emulsi\u00f3n de la leche con el objeto de realizar Latte Art y comenzar a hacer algunos dise\u00f1os sobre el caf\u00e9. Aprendimos sobre el servicio, y por \u00faltimo hicimos un gran repaso te\u00f3rico y miramos la Carta Internacional de Caf\u00e9 de Especialidad\u201d<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actividades pr\u00e1cticas se basaron, tanto en la identificaci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas del grano de caf\u00e9, como de las herramientas necesarias para la producci\u00f3n de caf\u00e9&nbsp;<em>espresso<\/em>&nbsp;y la producci\u00f3n del servicio de Barismo. Asimismo, los participantes, recibieron demostraciones de la molienda del caf\u00e9, su pesado y disposici\u00f3n en los filtros y cada asistente pudo realizar la pr\u00e1ctica de preparado de un&nbsp;<em>espresso<\/em>, texturizado de leche y dise\u00f1o de un Arte Latte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dispositivo t\u00e9cnico (espacio f\u00edsico y equipamiento inform\u00e1tico y gastron\u00f3mico) para el desarrollo de esta propuesta de Extensi\u00f3n fue dispuesto de manera conjunta por la FTU UNSL y AEHGA San Luis. Esto incluy\u00f3 una m\u00e1quina de caf\u00e9&nbsp;<em>espresso<\/em>&nbsp;profesional, molino de caf\u00e9 y vajilla profesional, insumos (leche y caf\u00e9 en grano), y la transmisi\u00f3n en vivo en pantalla gigante al interior del aula lo que permiti\u00f3 a los presentes, observar los detalles de las demostraciones del docente, previas a la pr\u00e1ctica individual. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n y Vinculaci\u00f3n de la FTU, se destaca la importancia de las actividades emanadas del trabajo conjunto mediante convenios, entre organizaciones sectoriales y p\u00fablicas del turismo; y, en particular la colaboraci\u00f3n brindada por \u201cCaf\u00e9 Puntano\u201d de Potrero de los Funes quienes a trav\u00e9s de AEHGA San Luis, facilitaron la instalaci\u00f3n de la maquinaria espec\u00edfica para el desarrollo de esta capacitaci\u00f3n.-&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
