Modalidad del dictado sincr\u00f3nica.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Destinatarios:<\/strong>&nbsp;Profesionales vinculados al turismo, hoteler\u00eda, administraci\u00f3n\/contabilidad y gastronom\u00eda. Podr\u00e1n cursar profesionales egresados o estudiantes de posgrado de carreras afines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fechas del dictado:<\/strong>&nbsp;s\u00e1bado 8, 15, 22 y 29 de marzo 2025 de 9 a 13h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong>&nbsp;Poseer t\u00edtulo de grado de una carrera universitaria o, de nivel superior, que no sea menor a cuatro (4) a\u00f1os vinculados al turismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsables del dictado:<\/strong>&nbsp;Carlos Ariel Barreto Mgtr. en Gesti\u00f3n de MiPyMES y Armando Enrique Azeglio M\u00e1ster en Gesti\u00f3n P\u00fablica de Turismo, Expedido por la Universidad Internacional de Andaluc\u00eda \u2013 Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auxiliar<\/strong>: Francisco Leiva, Lic. en Administraci\u00f3n y docente de la FTU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo del curso es proporcionar a los participantes nuevos conocimientos y t\u00e9cnicas b\u00e1sicas de RM, bajo una metodolog\u00eda sist\u00e9mica que les permita dise\u00f1ar, planificar, gestionar y aplicar este cuerpo cognoscitivo en su \u00e1mbito profesional (p\u00fablico\/privado) y acad\u00e9mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El inter\u00e9s del curso propuesto, radica no solo en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda y las t\u00e9cnicas expuestas por el Revenue Management, sino tambi\u00e9n en el conocimiento te\u00f3rico \/pr\u00e1ctico de las herramientas que este cuerpo cognoscitivo propugna como modelos de innovaci\u00f3n para PyMEs tur\u00edsticas, y por la evidencia emp\u00edrica que presenta como resultado de un proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n en conjunto entre las unidades acad\u00e9micas de la Facultad de Turismo y Urbanismo de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis (UNSL) y el Departamento de Econom\u00eda y Administraci\u00f3n de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, Proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n Yield Management: Estudio de su aplicaci\u00f3n en PyMEs de alojamiento tur\u00edstico y gastron\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contenidos M\u00ednimos:<\/strong>&nbsp;Breve introducci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica y evoluci\u00f3n del Yield Management, sectores de aplicaci\u00f3n del YM. Organizaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea Revenue Manager. An\u00e1lisis del mercado hotelero \/ gastron\u00f3mico. Determinaci\u00f3n de la demanda potencial. Determinaci\u00f3n de precios y tarifas, Modelo Hubbart. Administraci\u00f3n de ingresos: evaluaci\u00f3n de la evoluci\u00f3n de precios y tarifas. Dise\u00f1o, organizaci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de la estructura de precios y tarifas, demanda, acciones y toma de decisiones. Estad\u00edsticas del yield management.
