Su aprovechamiento en la gastronom\u00eda, amargos, medicina y otros usos gana adeptos constantemente, como tambi\u00e9n su siembra con plantaciones tradicionales como soluci\u00f3n para producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n en la aplicaci\u00f3n de perfumer\u00eda, amargos, aromaterapia y perfumer\u00eda.<br>Teniendo en cuenta que el aprovechamiento de este tipo de plantas supone el desarrollo de emprendimientos y empresas de largo aliento permite satisfacer necesidades reales de amplios grupos sociales, la UNSL ha considerado relevante esta Tecnicatura para el desarrollo de la misma.<br>La carrera se dicta en la Villa de Merlo, polo tur\u00edstico del Valle del Conlara, regi\u00f3n ubicada en las faldas de la Sierra Comechingones que limita con las provincias de San Luis y C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizaci\u00f3n curricular<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7abde1fe wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\" style=\"padding-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40);padding-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--40)\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-border-color has-ast-global-color-8-border-color is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"border-width:1px\">\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Primer A\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
